Regulation of Plant Primary Metabolism – How Results From Novel Technologies Are Extending Our Understanding From Classical Targeted Approaches

چکیده

The post-genomic era is characterized by a range of high throughput profiling methods capable broadly characterizing gene expression levels, protein, and metabolite abundances. Application these methods, enzyme profiling, more recently, protein-metabolite interactions flux analysis have alongside modeling approaches allowed us to refine our understanding the regulation metabolism even in case canonical pathways primary plant metabolism. Here we review recent insights obtained using such context previous knowledge. In doing so, hope highlight effectiveness postulate that their application less well-studied metabolic will likely allow elucidation hitherto unknown mechanism regulation.

How rational Aminoglycosides are being used in critically ill patients? Results from a teaching hospital in north of Iran

Background: Resistance to antimicrobial agents including aminoglycosides (AGs) is a great concern that is mainly related to inappropriate use. Since there were not adequate data regarding how rationally AGs are being prescribed in our critically ill patients, this study was conducted to determine the main issues in the area of appropriate use of this antibiotic class.   Methods: One hundred...

Pnm-19: How Are Prenatal Screening Results after ART Success?

Background Down syndrome screening at first-trimester may cause a higher false positive rate in pregnant patients who have undergone assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Combining the second largest series of biophysical and biochemical tests in the first trimester of pregnancy after ART is mentioned in few studies. MaterialsAndMethods Ghisoni et al explored that NT measurement between ART...

Understanding Plant Nitrogen Metabolism through Metabolomics and Computational Approaches

A comprehensive understanding of plant metabolism could provide a direct mechanism for improving nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) in crops. One of the major barriers to achieving this outcome is our poor understanding of the complex metabolic networks, physiological factors, and signaling mechanisms that affect NUE in agricultural settings. However, an exciting collection of computational and expe...

the present study is a survey os postmodern historical novel with respect to the voice of women. it argues how the recorded history is regulated by the rules of power and how women have been excluded from this discourse.ther study analysez angela carters nights at the circus as an example of postmodern historical novel to illustrate how this novel has questioned the historical narrative and how it has inserted women into history by breaking the rules of patriarchy.

the present thesis is a study of postmodern historical novel with respect to the voice of women. according to postmodern historiography, the established institution of history is one of the other manifestations of patriarchys power which has silenced women. the study analyzes angela carters nights at the circus as a postmodern historical novel which makes its female characters transgress the pat...

Regulation of Bone Metabolism

Bone is formed through the processes of endochondral and intramembranous ossification. In endochondral ossification primary mesenchymal cells differentiate to chondrocytes and then are progressively substituted by bone, while in intramembranous ossification mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) differentiate directly into osteoblasts to form bone. The steps of osteogenic proliferation, differentiation,...
